All content, software, features, and technology provided by LogicalSignage, including but not limited to logos, designs, interfaces, and underlying systems, are the intellectual property of LogicalSignage unless otherwise stated. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action or termination of service access.

5. Service Availability

LogicalSignage strives to ensure continuous availability and reliability of its services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, system failures, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important configurations and content where applicable.

Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately cease, and access to services, dashboards, stored configurations, or related data may be disabled or removed without any liability on our part. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused as a result of termination, including loss of stored content or operational disruption.

The LogicalSignage platform may integrate or depend on third-party services including but not limited to APIs, analytics tools, hosting providers, content delivery networks, payment processors, or external software systems. These third-party services operate under their own independent terms, policies, and data handling practices, which are outside our direct control.

Users acknowledge that LogicalSignage does not assume responsibility or liability for the performance, availability, accuracy, security, or data handling practices of any third-party service. Any interaction, integration, or reliance on such external services is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk, and users are strongly advised to review the applicable third-party terms before use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which LogicalSignage operates, without regard to conflict of law principles that may apply in other regions or legal systems.
